Finance Administration performs the following tasks for its stakeholders:
Finance Office
Processing all customer invoices & credit notes
Processing all supplier invoices & credit notes
Banking of all cash and cheque income including foreign currency/cheque
Arranging collection of income
Issuing of receipts for payments received
Processing payments by credit card for tuition/residence/conference fees
Identifying and allocating to correct departments receipts/payment received on bank statements.
Transmission of payments via electronic banking
Payment of petty cash claims to individuals
Administration of student Access cards and Bike shed keys.
Collection of payment for student print quota.

Management of the School’s insurances, endowments and investments

The Department is required to ensure that the School operates within its Financial Regulations and complies with various external financial requirements. We also ensure that the School’s financial records satisfy internal and external audit.
